No, each person can only operate one jet9 account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same mobile number or the same device will be considered a rule violation and all accounts may be suspended. This rule is strictly followed to ensure fair play.
Click the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number and a verification code will be sent to you. Once your identity is confirmed with the code, you can set a new password. If you have trouble with the process, contact jet9's 24/7 live chat support.
jet9 may verify your identity when needed to ensure secure transactions and responsible gaming. The support team will contact you in cases of large withdrawals or unusual activity. Additional documents are generally not required for regular daily play and transactions.

Section 02Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits from bKash to a jet9 account are usually instant or completed within a few minutes. When sent through the designated payment gateway, the balance is added in real time in most cases. If there is a delay due to network issues, let support know the transaction reference.
The minimum deposit amount at jet9 is ৳200. This limit applies to all three methods — bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Players with a small budget can get started easily. Keep in mind that the more you deposit, the higher your welcome bonus will be (up to a maximum of ৳20,000).

However, mobile banking service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) may charge their own transaction fees, which are entirely in line with their own policies. It is a good idea to check the charges of the relevant service before making a transaction.

Section 03Games and How to Play

RTP (Return to Player) is the long-term average return rate of a slot game. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is the average across millions of spins, not a single session. All slot games at jet9 are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, so every spin is completely fair.
Yes, jet9's live casino section features real-time live stream games from top providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Professional dealers run the games via video stream. Experience playing directly with a live dealer in many games including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Andar Bahar.
Fishing games (such as Lucky Gods Fishing) are fishing-based arcade games where you earn points or prizes by catching various fish. You shoot at fish using different weapons or cannons — bigger fish give bigger rewards. JILI's fishing games are particularly popular.
All games at jet9 use third-party audited RNG technology, which makes every result completely random and independent. All reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Spribe undergo regular fair play audits. No one can rig your results.
Section 04Bonuses and Promotions
Open a new account and the 100% bonus is added automatically on your first deposit. This bonus is available up to ৳20,000. That means if you deposit ৳20,000, you can play with a total of ৳40,000. You must meet a 10x wagering requirement before withdrawing winnings made using the bonus.
A 10x wagering requirement means you need to wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example: if you receive a ৳5,000 bonus, you can request a withdrawal after placing a total of ৳50,000 in bets. jet9's wagering requirement is comparatively low in the industry — clear your bonus quickly.
